Luxury design 1 bedroom apartment. Amazing balcony facing the pool. Close to all touristic venues in town.

It's part of a private condominium with contemporary design with pool, garden, playground and garage. Large and spacious areas where comfort and light predominate. It has a living room and open space kitchen that extends to a large outdoor balcony with barbecue,one bedroom with an outdoor balcony, fully equipped kitchen and parking outside or in the basement. In the bedroom and living room we have electric shutters, reversible air conditioning, double glazing and high security doors. It benefits from an excellent location, close to all services, and within walking distance of the beach. Ideal place for an exquisite and extremely comfortable holiday. Please note to respect the noise volume after 22h00 in the apartament. The well-being you deserve!

We are The Albufeira Concierge, a property manager and we want to ensure that your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you require any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3 PM). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking at the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing up liquid and trash bag.
