For added convenience, there's a small room equipped with a washing machine and all the essentials for your laundry needs. Inside, you'll discover a bright and open living and kitchen area designed to make you feel at home. The cozy living space offers a comfortable sitting area where you can unwind and watch TV after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen is ideal for socializing and sharing meals. Fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dishwasher, it has everything you need to whip up delicious dishes with ease. The first bedroom boasts a modern design with a comfortable queen bed, a TV, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring another cozy queen bed, air conditioning, a TV, and plenty of storage. An ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, offering a private retreat to refresh and recharge. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Bardzo podobała mi się ta przestrzeń, czułem się jak w domu, a autobusy i stacje metra były bardzo blisko, czułem się jak w domu. Wróciłbym tam tyle razy, ile byłoby to konieczne.
