The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds (140x200) dressed in high-quality hotel-grade linens. Ample wardrobe space is provided to make you feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower, with a washing machine for your convenience. The toilet is separate. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
