Welcome to my apartment! This 75m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Moledo is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a cosy getaway. The property is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Conveniently located, complimentary parking is available on the street, making it easy to come and go as you please. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
