It comfortably sleeps 2 people and has a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The nearby metro lines 4 and 5 will give you easy access to the city's historical sites. This apartment is available on a Mobility/Civil lease ONLY (30 days min).

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 26m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table for two. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom in the mezzanine has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available. We do not recommend this space for kids or people with reduced mobility. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
