One of Madrid’s most beautiful parks, El Capricho, is a lesser-known gem in the Barajas district. It features stunning landscapes, historic buildings, and a peaceful environment, making it a great spot for relaxation. Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Barajas, Madrid! Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport, it is well-connected with numerous bus lines that can take you around the city. It includes parking and is close to the Plenilunio shopping center, as well as various attractions, restaurants, and shops. This 40m2 apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only. In the shared areas you'll find a playground, a shared pool, and a tennis court, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation. Inside you'll find all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. A Note on Expectations: The door is a little tricky and the property is quite compact, it's a bit of a squeeze but the property CAN still up to 3, it's most comfortable for 2 guests. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. We look forward to welcoming you!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
