Along Leith Walk, you'll find numerous shops and even thrift shops selling various goods and many restaurants, pubs, and trendy cafes offering delicious cuisines and treats. Head down to the Shore, where you'll find waterfront seafood restaurants and traditional pubs that fill the area. If you wish to see historical sites, the Royal Yacht Britannia, the Queen's former floating residence, is only a short walk away, and the famous Ocean Terminal mall is nearby. The renowned Edinburgh Castle and Arthur's Seat are also within walking distance from my home! As the flat is located near the commercial districts, within just a short walk, you'll find yourself surrounded by public transportation options.

Welcome to my home! This lovely 45m2 apartment is located on the ground floor. Bright and modestly decorated, the living room features a plush L-shaped sofa. You can sit back and relax while you watch TV or read a book in front of the fireplace. A separate dining area lets you eat meals with loved ones. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms contain a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Lovely neighbourhood. Spacious ground floor flat. Clean and comfortable. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Easy parking. We had a wonderful stay.

Would stay therebagain Very nice location, clean, roomy and great location for walking to Castle Rock, the Royal Mile and downtown Edinburgh. Easy travel to the airport.
