Located just a 5-minute walk from the Pont de Neuilly metro station, you can easily explore the city and reach top attractions like the Arc de Triomphe in just 16 minutes by metro. The apartment offers a cozy living space, making it an excellent choice for travelers.

Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 98m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed. While there is a separating door between the queen bed and the other two beds, it is not sturdy enough to provide a true division of the space. Therefore, the room cannot be split into two independent areas. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. There's currently a water leak affecting the neighbours, so please do not use the bathtub in the principal bathroom The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Dry laundry on the balcony or windows is forbidden. Enjoy your stay!
