This charming 75m2 loft with an industrial feel is located in an atypical building in Tourcoing, and has been entirely renovated and decorated with care! Tourcoing station and the metro to Lille are a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You can also enjoy a pretty winter garden on the balcony.

This flat is on the 1st floor (no lift) of a beautiful building on rue Henri Paris in Tourcoing: - A large living room with dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen - A large bathroom comprising: a washbasin with cupboards, a shower cubicle and a separate WC - A comfortable lounge with TV and access to the veranda - One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe - A second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and wardrobe The bedrooms are equipped with blinds and curtains, and a washing machine is available. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. Street parking is free and without time limit. The flat next door is being renovated, which may cause some noise pollution during the day.
