Welcome to this charming renovated apartment with a view of the hills of Nice :) It has been rated 3 stars in the furnished tourist accommodation category by an accredited evaluation firm for the Provence - Alpes - Côte d’Azur – Corsica region. You will have a beautiful and spacious terrace to enjoy your stay on the French Riviera!

Ideally located near the center of Nice, you will find all the comforts you need for your stay on the French Riviera! The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people. It is composed of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave and coffee machine), a living /dining room with a dining area and a sofa. Guests can also enjoy a large furnished terrace with a table and 4 chairs on which you can take your aperitifs and dinners to extend the day outside:) The accommodation is bright, tastefully furnished and air-conditioned. The essentials in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be there so that you can enjoy the accommodation as soon as you arrive. Bed linen and towels are provided. We look forward to welcoming you
