The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom boasts a double bed (140x200), neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. An armoire provides ample storage, allowing you to feel right at home. Please note that access to the bedroom is via stairs, which may be inconvenient for those with reduced mobility. The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate for added privacy. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay, and for your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring a fresh environment. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
