Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 30m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris! Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable couch, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing your meals: a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and a built-in fridge and freezer. You will also find a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a toaster. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A wardrobe with hanging space is provided for you to organize your belongings and make you feel at home. The bathroom is equipped with a basin, a heated mirror to prevent fogging after the shower, a very spacious shower, and wall-mounted toilets. A built-in washing machine and a heated towel rail are also available. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs.
