Here, you'll be a 10-minute ferry ride away from one of the city's main tourist attractions, Belém, or the best beaches in Lisbon, where you'll find the finest beach clubs and restaurants open during both summer and winter.

Situated on the 1st left floor via stairs, this bright studio, with decor designed for moments of comfort and relaxation, offers a unique proximity to Lisbon and Costa da Caparica, the best of both worlds! The living area features a comfortable sofa, a queen-sized bed with high-quality hotel sheets and duvets and a dining table for four people. Additionally, there is a private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Tagus River. The kitchen has all the essentials you need, including an induction stove, refrigerator, and a microwave for preparing delicious meals. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
