The property has an elevator, making it easy to access the apartment on the first floor without hassle. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for everyone to relax and unwind, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Additionally, it boasts a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, providing a homely retreat for parents. In contrast, the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds joined together, creating a versatile space for children or additional guests with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also has a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
