This self-catering accommodation boasts excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen situated in the village of Estrela da Calheta close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. . The views from the balconies are spectacular. The local sandy beach is a short distance from the apartment. Calheta is the ideal location for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Please note that construction work is occurring near the property, and there may be some daytime noise.

Condominium Rules – Important Information for Guests: Quiet hours: Please avoid music and excessive noise that may disturb other residents, particularly before 9:00 am and after 9:30 pm. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the building's common areas, including apartment balconies, as balconies are legally considered common areas for condominium purposes.
