Welcome to my 60m² apartment on the 3rd floor (with a small lift) in Vincennes. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with its double bed and two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally located three minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Vincennes while still being able to explore the vibrance of Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! This bright and classy 60m² apartment is close to various top attractions. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with various cuisines. Please note that the apartment has a small elevator that can only fit one person with luggage. This apartment has open dining and living areas. It features a double couch bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for a delicious meal, including a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The two bedrooms are a delightful space furnished with a heavenly double bed (140x200) and a double couch bed, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need; fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay! A smoke detector is installed for your safety! Enjoy! Important : Temporary construction work outside the entrance to the complex.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We will charge you 200€ for each lost key (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. If the door is slammed, there's no way in without a key. Please keep it always with you. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
