Welcome to Touraine, in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire and its vineyards! Discover this superb, fully renovated 65m² gîte, ideal for 4 people for a weekend with family or friends. The gîte is located in a former winegrowing estate. It comprises an entrance hall with a living room blending modernity and old-world charm, including a sitting area with TV. The gîte has a new, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc.). There are also 2 bright bedrooms. The gîte also has a shower room. The little extra? Its superb, light-filled veranda and private garden, in a quiet, unoverlooked setting, ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing in the region! Cleaning is included in the price of your stay, and all linen is provided on site. The owner, Isabelle, will be delighted to welcome you during your stay with a few welcome gifts, as well as little surprises on your departure!

Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.
