Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 65m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The property is on the first floor, accessible by two short flights of stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with a fantastic view. This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen bed and a wardrobe. It has access to a backyard with outdoor furniture, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
