Welcome to my home! Located on the 2nd floor, the building also features an elevator. This beautifully decorated 40m² apartment is ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering various culinary options. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for relaxation, a large-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows allow ample natural light to brighten the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare meals, including an electric microwave coffee machine and other amenities. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a plush queen bed with compliment hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very beautiful appartement close to the city center (possible to walk everywhere), very clean and very well equiped. We were extremely surprised how big the appartement was. Full recommendation.
