Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs. This stylish home is designed with open, modern spaces and vibrant artistic touches that add a cool, urban flair. The living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a cozy seating corner with a single sofa bed—perfect for kicking back and watching TV after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen is both functional and social, making it easy to cook and connect at the same time. It’s equipped with everything you need, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. A washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay. The master bedroom blends modern design with comfort, offering a double bed and generous storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a snug single bed that can be convert into a double bed—ideal for solo travellers, kids, or friends. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

: The location is great. The apartment is located next to the Central Market and very close to the main historical attractions of Valencia. There are many places to eat around the accommodation.
