Welcome to my flat! This 3 bedroom flat in Valencia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Located on one of Valencia's most popular streets, it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, the building even has a supermarket underneath on the premises, making it incredibly convenient for groceries and supplies. The flat is on the first floor and is accessible by lift. Please note that as it faces the street, it can be a bit noisy for people sensitive to this. The property is designed in a modern way. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and appliances, such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. The flat also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The flat has a master bedroom with a queen bed (with en-suite bathroom), a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing ample sleeping space for all. All beds have bedding, and all rooms have a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. In addition, there is a cot and baby bath available for families travelling with young children. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. But the real star is the back patio, complete with a couple of chairs and a coffee table. It's the perfect spot for lazy breakfasts or just a quiet moment of reflection. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
