Welcome to my apartment! This minimalist, 70m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-located building in the heart of Valencia, and it comes with elevator access. The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay near the beach, as the property is just 10 minutes from Platja de la Malva-rosa. This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has essential cookware to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. There's also a dining area. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary linens for maximum comfort. A/C is located in the master double bedroom. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
