Welcome to GuestReady Essential in La Malva-Rosa, just a 5-minute walk (about 230 m) from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. This 1-bedroom, 20 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for couples or small families and is fully adapted for guests with disabilities. Inside, you'll find an open-plan layout with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The bedroom features a double bed with clean sheets, and the bathroom comes with towels and toiletries. A note on expectations: We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As a ground-floor, street-level apartment, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. This is typical during certain seasons in the city and is not a reflection of poor maintenance. The property has no windows but offers good ventilation. The bathroom is somewhat compact, and hot water is known to fluctuate during the summer. The sink is designed for people with reduced mobility. The front door does not have shutters, so please bring a sleep mask if you prefer complete darkness. Security codes to access the property will be provided in the check-in instructions.
