Souvenir and beachwear shops sit alongside cafes and casual eateries serving burgers or paella on the beachfront. In summer, raucous bars stay open late. Welcome to GuestReady Essential in La Malva-Rosa, just a 5-minute walk (about 230 m) from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. This 1-bedroom, 20 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for couples or small families and is fully adapted for guests with disabilities. Inside, you'll find an open-plan layout with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The bedroom features a double bed with clean sheets, and the bathroom comes with towels and toiletries. A note on expectations: We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As a ground-floor, street-level apartment, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. This is typical during certain seasons in the city and is not a reflection of poor maintenance. The property has no windows but offers good ventilation. The bathroom is somewhat compact, and hot water is known to fluctuate during the summer. The sink is designed for people with reduced mobility. The front door does not have shutters, so please bring a sleep mask if you prefer complete darkness. Security codes to access the property will be provided in the check-in instructions. We offer phone support in English and French to ensure your stay is pleasant and stress-free.

Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Ik heb voor deze woning gekozen omdat deze dicht bij de studentenflat van mijn dochter ligt. Het ligt dicht bij het strand, maar op enige afstand van het stadscentrum. Ik vond het bussysteem van Valen
