Welcome to our brand-new apartment located in the Nuevo Nazareth development area in Valencia, a quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent location for exploring the city. This cozy apartment features a layout designed to offer greater privacy and comfort. It includes a double bed in the main area, separated by a divider/screen for added privacy, as well as a separate bedroom with another double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed, making it ideal for 4 guests and able to accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor, at street level, providing easy access. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and bed linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance. There are two TVs, one in the living room and another in the sleeping area. The apartment also features heating/cooling split units and a full bathroom with all essential items and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay. A note on expectations: We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience. Please note that the apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside. Being at street level, there may be some noise during weekdays. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must remain inside the property. Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or occupy public areas such as the street, sidewalk, or exterior spaces. Furniture must not be removed from the property or placed outside. We look forward to hosting you!

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited. It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay. No pets are allowed.

Alles is prima; het nieuwe deel van de wijk is geweldig en de ligging is uitstekend. Als je op zoek bent naar een kort verblijf, is dit een goede keuze.
