Welcome to my flat! This charming 80m2 two-bedroom flat in Valencia is perfect for families and friends looking to relax and unwind. It is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a television and a dining table for four. There is also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and essentials, such as a cooker, oven and microwave, for preparing delicious meals. For added convenience, the property has a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Both bedrooms have double beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment has a parking space for the guests' convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that using multiple high-power appliances at the same time may cause a temporary power interruption Enjoy your stay.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
