The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas. Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure. No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
