This flat is located on rue Pierre de Roubaix (a ten-minute walk from the Eurotéléport metro station). It is on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet and secure building, without a lift. The flat was renovated in 2024, is well equipped and close to all amenities. Free parking in the street. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for business trips!
