Welcome to my 54 m² flat on the first floor in Rosny-Sous-Bois. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its two bedrooms with 140 cm and 160 cm beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located 3 minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay less than 30 minutes from the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome to this beautiful 54 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to the city center, shops, and parks, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the capital of the Île-de-France region. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa and a television. The dining area has a table that seats up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes. You will also find a washing machine and drying rack for added convenience. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquility. The beds (double - 140x200 and queen - 160x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a large mirror, a sink, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay! Please note that the shutter in one bedroom is currently being repaired and will remain closed. Additional lamps will allow you to see clearly.

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. require prior confirmation. In this case, please consult us before making a reservation. For reservations longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure. A security deposit will also be required. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the security deposit if we detect any evidence of a violation of this rule.
