It comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony. Ideally situated just 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to the capital. The flat is available for stays of 30 days or more.

Welcome to this lovely 47 m² flat, situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift). The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The flat includes a bedroom thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen-size – 160 x 190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. You’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The outdoor area offers a pleasant space to relax, with a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for making the most of sunny days. It overlooks the inner courtyard, perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The property is suitable for a minimum rental period of 30 days. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay!

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
