Welcome to my home! Part of the prestigious Vila Turística Cavalhadas House, this authentic 100 m² country house combines the cultural richness of the Azores with unmatched comfort and tranquility. The themed décor pays a beautiful tribute to local heritage and the centuries-old tradition of the Cavalhadas de São Pedro in Ribeira Grande, creating an exclusive and immersive atmosphere. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 guests (with 1 cot also available upon prior request), the house features a welcoming open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances for preparing family meals, complemented by a convenient full laundry room with machines, ideal for short or extended stays. To ensure your maximum comfort in any season, the space has air conditioning throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi across the whole property. The house has two bright bedrooms that accommodate 4 guests: a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. There is also the option to comfortably add two more folding beds (90x190cm) in the living room, to accommodate up to 6 guests. The modern bathroom has a refreshing shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your total convenience. Outdoors, the real magic happens. Set within a vast 10,000 m² agricultural estate, set back 60 metres from the main road, the house ensures a safe, private, and absolutely silent environment. The outdoor space invites you to socialise, offering a barbecue area and a fantastic fire pit for unforgettable evenings under the stars. There is also a private, supervised car park within the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
