Welcome! This traditional 120m² home is located in one of the most scenic attractions on São Miguel. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a cosy sofa and a dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, and more — everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. There are two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. Step outside to a private backyard with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. To guarantee your comfort, the home is professionally cleaned before each stay. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a wonderful stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. We hebben een kort maar geweldig verblijf gehad bij Furnas Nest. Alles aan de plek was precies zoals beschreven en mijn familie en ik voelden ons meteen thuis
