Designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. A private balcony invites you to step outside, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in a peaceful setting. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and ample storage space, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, both bedrooms include a balcony, providing a serene outdoor retreat right from the comfort of your room. Rest assured, all beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ease. Overige informatie
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
