Welcome to my home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when sofa bed is not included)

Het verblijf was perfect. De accommodatie ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto’s; ik heb me er de hele tijd heel comfortabel gevoeld.
