Welcome to my studio! This cozy 25m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the 1st floor and accessed by a lift. Please note that the property is conveniently located on a busy street, so occasional noise can be expected. The living area is thoughtfully fitted with two comfortable sofa beds in premium hotel-quality linens and a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very nice place, the only downside is the noisy street all night long. The place is clean and spatious.
