Welcome to my apartment! This charming 60m2 two-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher to make cleaning up effortless, as well as ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also offers one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom, both stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. BE AWARE THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Ik raad het aan : het ligt weliswaar iets buiten het centrum van Porto, maar het openbaar vervoer is heel erg handig, waardoor je geen auto hoeft te huren. Tegenover het appartement zit een heel goed
