The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. This practical and conveniently located two-bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. It is 2 minute walk from the famous D.Luis Bridge and Riverside. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Welcome to our home! Fully furnished with all the comforts you may need, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with two double bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street and above an Irish Pub, so there may be some noise during the day and late at night. The main living area comprises an open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen just around the corner. Feel free to whip yourself up a nice hot meal and enjoy it with your partner or friends and family around the table or while watching TV. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
