Luis Bridge, Porto River), good restaurants and shops, and the São Bento station is just five minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 70 m² space offers a cozy and welcoming environment for your stay in the city. Located on the 3rd floor, it is easily accessible via an elevator. The apartment features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room has a charming seating area where you can unwind and watch TV after a day of exploring. The open kitchen is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together, equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery for preparing tasty dishes. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and ample storage space. The bathroom includes everything you need to refresh, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided. A thorough cleaning will be done before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, so you may hear some lively noise during the day and late at night, including occasional daytime construction sounds.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

I rented the flat for my parents and my aunt and uncle. they really enjoyed it! It is just as you can see in the picture. 4 people very comfortable!
