Welcome to my apartment! This charming 55m2 one-bedroom apartment with a 35m2 terrace in Porto is the perfect romantic getaway for couples. It offers a cosy and intimate space for you and your loved one to enjoy. The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by lift, although a few steps must be climbed before reaching the lift. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private terrace to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Everything was perfect, great location and great accommodation. It would have been nice to offer a welcome coffee and not just washing-up liquid (the flat has a coffee pod machine) ...
