It does not have views or a terrace, but it boasts the best location—right next to Las Burras Beach, San Agustín Beach, a shopping centre, various services, public transport, and more. It also offers the best possible amenities in the area, including high-speed Wi-Fi and international TV channels. This is the most fully equipped apartment in the area. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, international satellite channels, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, microwave, and juice extractor, as well as an oven, dishwasher, and induction stove. The bathroom is spacious and convenient, with an easily accessible shower, mirror, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. The apartment provides bed linen and towels, along with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in San Agustín. The private fibre connection makes it ideal for remote work.
