The nearby metro line 8 will give you easy access to the city's historical sites. This apartment is available on a Mobility/Civil lease ONLY (30 days min).

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
