The living room has a cozy atmosphere, featuring a double sofa bed, a TV, and a large table perfect for sharing meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped (stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, as well as tea, sugar, and capsules) so you can easily cook on-site. The sleeping areas are located on the lower level of the apartment (souplex), offering a quieter environment. You’ll find three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, nightstands, and storage; a second versatile room with a double sofa bed; and a third bedroom equipped with a double bed and storage. The apartment features two modern bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, shower gel, and shampoo. They get little natural light and the air does not circulate well, especially in hot weather, which can bother guests who are sensitive to stuffy air or who value daylight. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the 11th arrondissement, on a quiet street a 4-minute walk from Parmentier metro station (line 3) and 5 minutes from Oberkampf (lines 5 and 9), in a spacious 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) apartment with three bedrooms, two shower rooms and comfortable bedding.

You will have full access to the entire apartment, enjoying complete independence throughout your stay.
