Ideally located just 3 minutes from the Goncourt metro station, it offers easy access to the city's historical landmarks.

Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 48m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Atelier des Lumières and Musée National Picasso-Paris! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need during your stay, such as a stove, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. Both come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A portable AC is also available. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
