Welcome to my 40 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, right in the Latin Quarter. Comfortably designed for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just a 4-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital. This apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Thanks to its central location, the apartment offers easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and all the buzz of the city. That said, you may occasionally hear some noise from the nearby boulevard or metro station, one of the small trade-offs of staying right in the heart of the action. Step into this 40 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beside it, the dining area offers a welcoming table that seats up to four guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom includes a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom is fitted with a sink and a shower. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector has been installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is settle in and enjoy!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly.
