Situated on the 6th floor with an elevator (which goes up to the 5th floor only), this modern and tastefully decorated 102m² apartment is near various top attractions in Paris, including the Eiffel Tower! Please note that guests will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the flat. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features comfortable sofas, a smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also features a washer for your laundry needs. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the two other bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that this property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
