The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a fridge and a microwave. There's also a dining area for two people. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
