If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The flat has a very good location and is very spacious. However, for a long stay, it lacks kitchen accessories. Guest Ready was always attentive to my questions.
