The apartment is in a very residential building and noise is strictly forbidden. Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
