Ideally located just 5 minutes from the tram, this apartment offers a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

The door to this 23 m² apartment opens into a bright space, thoughtfully and elegantly decorated. The living area is designed for your comfort, featuring a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing moments. The dining area offers a table that seats two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200), dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, and a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy!

Excellent flat, small but with everything you need and laid out efficiently. Very clean, towels and the necessary to take a shower and everything you might need to cook at home if you don't want to go
