Welcome to my apartment! This beautiful and modern three-bedroom apartment with a balcony is in an excellent location. It can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends. The living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe. You can even catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from one of the apartment’s windows. The fully equipped open kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook and enjoy delicious meals. There's also a dining table available if you wish to dine in. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a queen bed and a king bed respectively. The bathrooms have all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: As the building is old, a recurring noise may be heard from time to time during the night. This is a known issue in the building and cannot be fixed. Also note that this space is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

Location was absolutely perfect. Apartment was big enough for all 6 of us to be comfortable. There was some noise from pipes (maybe heating?) in the bedrooms through the night which woke us up first c
