The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and a microwave. In the bathroom, you will find all the essentials for your convenience, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. A fan is available for your comfort on hot days. Please note that there is no elevator in this building. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
